Massages

Tui na or tuina (推拿) is a special, therapeutic Chinese massage based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This means that it is not only relaxing but also opens blocked energy channels to leave you feeling invigorated, refreshed and with energy restored.

Techniques employed may include thumb presses, rubbing, percussion, and assisted stretching.

We offer a wide variety of different massages:

Chinese massage is the name for a family of massage therapies practiced within traditional Chinese medicine. Tui na (推拿) is a form of massage akin to acupressure (from which shiatsu evolved).

A Thai massage compresses and stretches your body rather than using strokes. During your massage you will remain fully clothed and the massage therapist will apply pressure on various points, loosening your muscles and alleviating joints pain. It isn't called 'lazy yoga' for nothing!

Indian traditional massage ABHYANGA is the technical name for an Indian full body massage. This ancient Indian oil massage, Abhyanga heals and detoxifies the body, mind, and spirit. It will revitalise your senses and unlock energising properties.

Essential oils can do everything from energise to de-stress or re-invigorate as well as fight common aches and pains, leaving you relaxed, limber and totally chilled out.

The massage includes various techniques from different schools of massage with elements from yoga and bioenergetics.
